Terms
Net 10 days, 50% deposit for orders over $500.00 or with approved credit.

Guarantee
All Changeable Copy Letters are guaranteed to be free of manufactures defects for a period of 1 year.

Lead Times
In stock items generally ship same day. Made-To-Order changeable copy letters average 5 to 7 days.

Freight
Most orders will ship via UPS or FedEx ground, FOB our plant, unless otherwise requested by you. You pay the freight, so it is your option to ship via air freight if you need your order sooner. Overnight, 2 day, and 3 day options are available.

Returns
Stocking items such as hardware, accessories and in stock Pronto letters can be returned for full credit. All you have to do is call for an RMA number and return the product in it's original packaging for a full credit. Should the original letters be damaged or scratched, only a 50% credit will be issued. You pay the freight for this return.
